About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive implementation of the product strategy for IoT platforms across two teams
- Understand internal customer needs and translate root causes into scalable platform capabilities
- Define, refine, and prioritize platform outcomes, requirements, and user stories
- Align product management, architecture, engineering, security, and operational stakeholders
- Make cross-functional dependencies and impacts visible
- Facilitate discovery workshops, planning sessions, and decision-making forums
- Own delivery of platform capabilities from discovery to release
- Ensure outcomes are delivered predictably, adopted successfully, and create measurable stakeholder value
- Evaluate development progress, delivery outcomes, and usage patterns
- Improve the platform and guide future investments
- Act as a servant leader within the development team
- Foster effective ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ experience in technical product role(s), including tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Proven experience owning and evolving technical products, platforms, or cloud services
- Strong experience working with agile software development teams in complex environments
- Experience with IoT and cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, Azure, Device Management, Inventory, and PKI
- Solid understanding of at least one of: IoT/device connectivity, API and service design, cloud and platform engineering, DevOps, or developer experience
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach to solving complex problems from technical and business perspectives
- Enthusiasm for software development for cloud platforms; software development experience is advantageous
- Confidence facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders, and driving decisions in ambiguous situations
- Experience navigating competing priorities, building consensus, resolving conflicts, and securing buy-in in a large organization
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for product discovery, requirements engineering, decision-making, documentation, and delivery outcomes
- Well organized and able to maintain an overview of a wide range of topics
- Ability to work in an international and cross-functional team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (C1)
