About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own program management across the entire engineering organization and provide accountability for program health across multiple engineering portfolios
Lead client-facing delivery for the largest and most complex enterprise engagements from pre-close through implementation and go-live
Represent engineering directly with customers and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
Build and run a company-wide program reporting standard and common R&D leadership dashboard
Manage and grow a team of program and technical program managers
Establish program rigor, governance, and documentation standards
Build partnerships with R&D leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
Shape PMO structure, standards, delivery governance, and long-term team growth with the Chief Development Officer and R&D leadership
Personally drive day-to-day execution on the highest-stakes programs
Design, run, and administer multi-step AI-powered workflows and PMO tooling
Present updates, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
Partner with product and engineering leaders on roadmaps, resource planning, and capacity allocation
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across strategic initiatives
Report directly to the Chief Development Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of program management experience
4+ years leading a SaaS PMO or program function at the director level
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, preferably with an MBA
Proven track record leading complex, client-facing enterprise software implementations
Experience managing and developing a team of program or technical program managers
Ability to build trust and drive outcomes across engineering leadership without direct authority over delivery teams
Hands-on experience building and running multi-step AI or Cowork workflows
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Experience managing and aligning program management functions and engineering squads across multiple geographies
Direct experience driving high-stakes, large-scale enterprise deployments and managing complex, multi-million-dollar strategic customer engagements
Experience scaling PMO operations, governance standards, and delivery frameworks during rapid organizational growth or structural transformation
Background in fintech, private markets, fund administration, or regulated enterprise SaaS is preferred
Experience building executive or company-wide reporting and dashboarding standards is preferred
Experience turning around an at-risk enterprise implementation is preferred
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred
Strong executive communication skills
Experience with Jira and Confluence reporting
