About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver engaging training across Early Years and Business Admin apprenticeships at Level 2 & 3
- Facilitate inductions and standards-aligned learning programmes
- Support delivery in English and Maths Functional Skills up to Level 2
- Create an inclusive, motivating learning environment
- Manage ILPs, monitor progress, and set challenging learning goals
- Conduct initial assessments and set personalised targets
- Assess qualifications and apprenticeship portfolios against awarding body standards
- Provide constructive feedback and meaningful progress reviews
- Deliver workplace visits and one-to-one coaching
- Identify and overcome barriers to learning
- Drive attendance, retention, and achievement
- Build positive relationships with apprentices and employers
- Promote continuous improvement and high performance
- Inspire learners to achieve their career goals
- Attend training sessions and team meetings in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands
