About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the smooth execution of product development projects, with a strong focus on technical development and procurement
- Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams
- Coordinate key stages, from supplier sourcing through prototype approval
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards
- Translate creative concepts into usable technical documentation
- Identify and select suppliers in collaboration with the China office
- Negotiate prices in line with marketing objectives and budgetary constraints
- Monitor prototypes, organize quality and safety testing, and approve samples
- Create products in the ERP system
- Prepare specifications for packaging and visual assets
- Monitor products throughout their lifecycle and recommend technical improvements
- Source suppliers and attend trade shows
- Travel to Europe and Asia for technical discussions and negotiations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product development, procurement, engineering, or an equivalent field
- Open to junior candidates
- Skills in technical and multi-product project management
- Proficiency in Illustrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and rigor
- Diplomacy and negotiation skills
- Interest in the toy industry and quality and safety requirements
- Willingness to travel to Europe and Asia
