About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn the app’s product roadmap into a high-quality UI and UX experience, from concept through delivery
- Own the interaction details, micro-interactions, and animations characteristic of a mobile product
- Develop multiple solutions to the same problem and test them with users throughout the process
- Present structured arguments to choose among alternatives and secure internal stakeholder approval for the final solution
- Prototype with AI and, in partnership with Engineering, take prototypes to a stage close to the final product
- Navigate phases of app strategy refinement with an independent product perspective and the ability to contribute to its direction
- Work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Research to improve Jusbrasil’s mobile experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong command of UI and UX, with a keen sensitivity to user experience and design quality
- Experience with product strategy — going beyond execution to contribute product vision
- Proven experience with at least one mobile project or a project spanning web and mobile
- Ability to prototype fluently with AI, integrating tools into the design process
- Ability to test solutions with users, articulate arguments, and secure stakeholder alignment on decisions
- Background in user research and the ability to independently conduct qualitative testing
- Experience designing generative AI or conversational AI products
- Experience working in product environments at the definition or early stage
