About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the design, build, and management of Jushi's enterprise data warehouse using dimensional modeling and sound database design
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and APIs integrating POS, ERP, HR, Retail, Cultivation, Manufacturing, and inventory data
  • Write and optimize production SQL and Python using version control, code review, and performance tuning
  • Establish data governance, including data dictionaries, lineage, access controls, and documentation
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting across the ERP, general ledger, and related platforms
  • Reconcile financial data between the warehouse, general ledger, POS, and inventory systems
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close through automated data feeds, reconciliations, and recurring financial reports
  • Support system implementations, audits, and regulatory reporting
  • Translate business objectives into KPIs, dashboards, and analyses with executives and department heads
  • Lead Power BI development, including dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and row-level security
  • Build executive scorecards by state, location, and function
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning with statistical and predictive analysis
  • Set the data and BI roadmap and priorities with leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and developers
  • Partner with IT and vendors on integrations and security, and train business users on self-service reporting
  • Automate manual processes and promote data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or business intelligence, including 2+ years leading a team or major projects
  • Proven experience designing and managing an enterprise data warehouse, including dimensional modeling (star schema) and ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Expert SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  • Strong Python for automation and integration
  • Advanced Power BI skills: semantic models, DAX, Power Query, row-level security, and workspace governance
  • Experience integrating ERP and financial data (general ledger, chart of accounts, month-end close) with operational sources such as POS and inventory
  • Track record of turning business and finance requirements into KPIs, dashboards, and executive-ready insights
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL), Snowflake, or Databricks
  • Preferred: Hands-on ERP experience, such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Sage Intacct
  • Preferred: Microsoft certifications such as PL-300 or DP-600
  • Preferred: Git and CI/CD practices for data and reporting code
  • Preferred: Experience in cannabis or another highly regulated, multi-location industry
