About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive AI projects from conception to production-ready systems using large language models
Integrate AI technologies into Perforce, Jenkins, and Unreal Engine 5 infrastructures
Ensure system reliability for daily operations
Conduct hands-on engineering and enable developers with insights into model capabilities and limitations
Communicate challenges early in the project lifecycle
Assess project scope, feasibility, and risks
Develop an AI-assisted branch integration platform for resolving merge conflicts
Create an automated test and fix-suggestion framework based on crash report analysis
Establish shared AI infrastructure with evaluation and monitoring tools for other teams
Collaborate with technical teams and R&D on AI solution integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Python
Familiarity with C++ or C# preferred
Proven experience deploying LLM-based systems to production
Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
Solid understanding of Perforce and Git
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes
Good knowledge of procedural failure handling and human review processes
Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
Experience in the video game industry and knowledge of UE5 project structures is a bonus
Jenkins pipeline authoring and shared libraries experience is a bonus
Expertise in neural networks for code analysis and natural language processing is a bonus
UI/UX design experience for professional tools is a bonus
Model fine-tuning or self-hosting experience is a bonus
Data engineering experience processing historical development data is a bonus
Experience facilitating tool and workflow adoption is a bonus
Passion for gaming and game development is a bonus
