About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan projects by understanding the order with the Sales Person and Project Lead
Define key customer deliverables and attend customer kick-offs
Identify commercial variances and understand customer resource constraints
Coordinate resource planning with the Resource Lead
Set up company parameters, chart of accounts, and financial and operational processes
Configure financial and operational modules including distribution, project accounting, field services, and manufacturing
Conduct gap analysis and prepare options involving custom reporting, advanced configuration, or software development
Update project plans and keep the Project Manager informed of progress, gaps, and commercial options
Configure security, roles, access, data-load mapping, stationery, reporting, and integrations
Carry out sample data loads for training and testing
Schedule and deliver training and support test-plan creation
Provide go-live cover and support post-go-live exception reviews
Provide support cover outside project work
Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues and improve product performance
Continuously update product knowledge and provide accurate guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced working in the Acumatica arena or similar cloud-based ERP systems
Relevant business process knowledge for ERP systems
Project delivery and methodology experience
Customer management experience
Ability to travel to customer sites as required
Ability to stay overnight as required
Ability to attend team meetings physically as required
Availability for planned and approved evening and weekend work as required
