Build solutions using approved internal and external tools
Embed AI solutions in the business rather than IT
Ensure solutions are adopted and measured
Scale successful solutions across the Group
Improve K3's efficiency
Create new or better value for clients
Improve colleagues' working lives by removing repetitive, low-value work
Align delivery with the Group AI & Data Strategy, business pace, cybersecurity, data and regulatory obligations
Define problems, prototype solutions, roll them out and drive adoption
Risk-tier new use cases before they interact with live client or candidate data
Track time released, client outcomes, new revenue, reduced risk and colleague experience

What you’ll need

Proven use of AI and generative AI to deliver measurable business outcomes, ideally including a named conversational AI assistant and a no-code AI build tool
End-to-end delivery experience: problem definition, prototyping, rollout and adoption
Ability to understand a business problem quickly and turn it into a working solution at pace within a defined toolset
Sound working knowledge of data protection, client confidentiality and responsible AI in a professional or regulated environment
Ability to apply a risk-tiering process independently
Clear communication skills and credibility with partners, fee-earners and support teams
Curiosity and adaptability, with willingness to challenge established ways of working while maintaining trust, professional judgement and toolset discipline
Professional services or regulated-advisory experience (desirable)
Change, product, process-mapping or lean delivery experience (desirable)
Use of approved tools only: Aimee and Claude Artifacts
Compliance with K3's AI Policy, Golden Rule, data protection obligations, professional/client confidentiality duties, EU AI Act obligations and model-routing policy
