About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in a wide range of corporate transactions, including sellside, buyside, capital markets and PE fundraise transactions
- Support the team on disclosure and due diligence
- Draft and review a range of ancillary documents
- Conduct research for the team
- Support senior fee earners on deals
- Gain exposure to lower and mid-market corporate M&A transactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law Graduate
- Ideally a strong background dealing with corporate matters gained from a regional, national or international law firm (but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong academics
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
