About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the long-term security architecture vision for kAIgentic's platform across deployment regions
- Architect bank-grade isolation models preventing data leakage between legal entities, business functions, and projects
- Design a compliance-by-design framework with auditability built into systems
- Lead the security model for agentic AI systems
- Establish cryptographic architecture, including tenant-level encryption, key hierarchies, and rotation policies
- Embed Responsible-AI-driven secure SDLC practices into AI-assisted and agentic development workflows
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and threats in the agentic AI landscape
- Mentor leads and senior engineers on security architecture
- Lead ISO 27001/42001 and SOC 2 programs day to day
- Execute audit strategy across multiple jurisdictions
- Run vendor and third-party security risk reviews and own privacy posture
- Own business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Lead enterprise customer security due diligence
- Represent kAIgentic's security and compliance posture to CISOs, auditors, and regulators
- Drive security culture and secure development practices across engineering teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Lead technical authority for security architecture across an enterprise platform
- Experience with security architecture for regulated enterprise or banking environments
- Knowledge of ISO 27001/42001 and SOC 2 compliance programs
- Experience with control mapping, evidence collection, and auditor liaison
- Knowledge of MAS Singapore, FCA UK, FSA Japan, and OCC US regulatory requirements
- Experience with agentic AI security, including LLM context isolation, secure prompt handling, and output validation
- Experience establishing cryptographic architecture, tenant-level encryption, key hierarchies, and rotation policies
- Experience embedding secure SDLC practices, eval-gate integration, guardrail enforcement in CI/CD, and securing coding-agent-driven development
- Experience with vendor and third-party security risk reviews
- Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA privacy requirements
- Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery
- Ability to lead security due diligence for enterprise customers and represent security posture to CISOs, auditors, and regulators
- Ability to drive secure development practices across engineering teams
