About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align strategies by directly linking technology resources to company goals
- Identify threats and implement controls to protect data
- Design, document, and standardize workflows
- Monitor industry standards, privacy laws such as Brazil’s LGPD, and audits
- Develop and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) for senior management
- Bridge the needs of technical teams and senior leadership
- Structure, audit, and continuously improve Information Technology processes
- Ensure IT remains aligned with business strategy, mitigating risks and optimizing investments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of industry frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, or ISO 27001
- Experience in process mapping and project management
- Strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal communication
