About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and support Last Mile operational routines, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and service levels.
- Monitor deliveries, installations, pickups, and equipment movements.
- Track and manage operational incidents, involving the responsible teams when necessary.
- Support field teams and logistics partners in resolving day-to-day operational requests.
- Monitor operational metrics and SLAs, contributing to the identification of deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Update operational trackers, spreadsheets, and monitoring reports.
- Liaise with carriers and logistics partners to track outstanding issues and priorities.
- Support inventory activities, asset control, and operational reconciliations.
- Assist with maintaining dashboards, databases, and management presentations.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, field operations, or Last Mile operations.
- Experience tracking operational metrics and SLAs.
- Basic knowledge of transportation and distribution processes.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management System) platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI for consulting and analyzing metrics.
- Experience with operational controls, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Experience in Last Mile operations.
- Knowledge of route optimization systems.
- Experience with reverse logistics.
- Experience in payment processing, field technology, or equipment distribution operations.
- Knowledge of Power BI for building reports and dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship-management skills.
- Agility, a sense of urgency, and a proactive approach.
- Collaborative, results-oriented profile.
