Build and ship production systems as a core engineer

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems
Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React
Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Comfortable in Python, or strong candidates from other object-oriented backgrounds
Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem solving
Comfortable with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
Experience with cloud environments, serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2), and asynchronous workflows
Ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion with limited oversight
Proactive communication, including surfacing blockers, asking questions, and keeping stakeholders informed
Commitment to iterative improvement and quality
Curiosity about AI, data, and real-world machine learning applications
Ability to move fast, learn quickly, and maintain high standards
Appreciation for direct feedback, meritocracy, and transparency
