About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects to onboard new customers and extend the benefits of existing customers
- Oversee implementation of Kaleris Inland Solutions with customers
- Manage upgrades, expansions, and optimization initiatives
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict required resources and manage them effectively and efficiently
- Prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
- Track project costs against budget
- Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate project resource assignments and task execution
- Coordinate successful Inland Solutions implementation through training, onsite support, and other required means
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Measure project performance and identify successes and areas for improvement
- Provide Customer Success support to assigned existing customers as needed
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and quarterly business reviews as appropriate
- Maintain current customer contact information
- Understand customers’ software environments, goals, and use of Inland Solutions
- Coordinate action plans for open customer issues and communicate next steps
- Liaise with Sales, Product Management, Services, Finance, and Operations
- Surface opportunities for training, consulting, optimization, or expanded use of Kaleris solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS or MS degree
- At least 7 years relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing projects involving 400 to 2,000 hours of effort
- Strong project management, risk management, consulting, and process improvement skills
- Proven ability to execute a project change control process
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and schedule
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish effective business relationships
- Availability to work flexible hours and adapt to a global company's needs
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
- Experience implementing software, especially Supply Chain or ERP solutions (Optional)
- Supply Chain domain knowledge and/or operations experience (Optional)
- Spanish and/or French proficiency (Optional)
