About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the N4 Professional Services practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
- Sell services in partnership with Sales
- Lead delivery and practice management
- Drive AI-enabled delivery through AVA and standardized methodology to accelerate Time to Value
- Partner with Sales to position, scope, and close N4 services engagements
- Meet or exceed regional financial and operational goals
- Lead adoption of AI-enabled methods and standardized delivery frameworks
- Drive outcome-based commitments and zero failed go-lives
- Build relationships with senior operations and Information Technology leaders at key EMEA customers and partners
- Manage multiple managers and delegate effectively
- Own regional Revenue, Utilization, and Margin
- Develop and execute strategies for regional growth and profitability
- Develop the coaching capability of Senior Managers, Managers, and Directors
- Own the annual regional Professional Services talent review with Human Resources
- Inspire teams and build a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
- Contribute to port and terminal industry forums and thought leadership positioning Kaleris Professional Services as premium
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience
- At least 10 years directly managing others, including managers
- Leadership of teams delivering Terminal Operating System or comparable enterprise application implementations and upgrades
- Proven customer-facing experience, including pre-sales, scoping, and executive engagement
- Deep expertise in digital transformation and AI-driven delivery
- Port, terminal, or supply chain experience preferred
- English required
- Ability to manage multiple managers and delegate effectively
- Ability to communicate vision and priorities clearly and engage confidently at C-level
- Ability to present dashboards and Key Performance Indicators in management meetings
