About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run Kalosys's social presence end to end, primarily on LinkedIn, with a 2–3x weekly publishing cadence
  • Turn raw executive input into polished, on-brand posts using the AI-assisted content pipeline
  • Support executive personal-brand presence through drafting, scheduling, and engagement support
  • Manage community engagement, content calendar, and brand standards
  • Report monthly on audience growth, engagement, and content performance
  • Own end-to-end conference, partner-sponsored event, client event, and annual general meeting execution
  • Manage sponsorship deliverables and deadlines, including booth logistics, swag, collateral, session materials, and vendors
  • Coordinate onsite setup, staffing logistics, lead capture, and teardown
  • Run pre- and post-event marketing and CRM lead handoff
  • Track event budgets, ROI, and commitments
  • Direct the HubSpot partner agency and review quality and timelines
  • Monitor 6sense intent-data alerts and execute routing plays
  • Own monthly marketing performance reporting across channels
  • Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and vendor/subscription administration
  • Work directly with the President & CEO and coordinate a design contractor and HubSpot partner agency
  • Grow into broader ownership of marketing programs and operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing coordination, social media management, or marketing operations, with independently owned programs
  • Demonstrated experience running a company social media presence with measurable growth
  • Event coordination experience, including conferences, sponsorships, or corporate events
  • Experience directing agencies or contractors, including briefing work, reviewing deliverables, and holding quality and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of HeyReach
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Genuine AI fluency, including validating output, protecting confidential information, and preserving an executive's authentic voice
  • Highly organized and deadline-reliable
  • Based in the United States and able to travel as described
  • Experience at an IT services, consulting, or MSP firm, or marketing to CIO/CTO/CISO audiences (nice-to-have)
  • Exposure to intent platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase, or ABM motions (nice-to-have)
  • Basic design competence with Canva or Adobe for light asset work (nice-to-have)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a background check
