About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including requirements, RFQs, quote analysis, and negotiations
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders
Oversee vendor performance evaluation and SLA adherence
Manage purchase order processes and maintain accurate procurement documentation
Support cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements
Work independently while handling multiple procurement requests concurrently
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate agreements, and manage purchase and travel processes
Ensure procurement operations run efficiently and professionally

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in procurement
Experience working in global high-tech companies
Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, ZIP) — advantage
Naturally curious and proactive, with a strong interest in exploring new technologies and staying ahead of emerging trends
Experience working with AI-based tools for sourcing, automation, or vendor evaluation — nice to have
Background in procurement of software, hardware, SaaS, or technology services — nice to have
Experience working with cross-functional approval workflows — nice to have
Experience working with travel platforms — nice to have
