About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a key part of the user journey, including AI orchestration
- Lead discovery and delivery for the product area
- Work closely with design and engineering to create intuitive experiences
- Understand and analyze customer needs through user meetings, workshops and advanced data analysis
- Define, track and analyze product KPIs
- Use customer insights and product data to make product decisions and measure impact
- Monitor market needs, initially centered on the US/UK, and the competitive landscape
- Identify and prioritize new features
- Contribute to the squad roadmap and manage the product backlog
- Design solutions with the Product Designer and deliver detailed product specifications to developers
- Participate in QA testing and ensure product quality
- Evaluate and report squad impact with data-backed conclusions to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Has a degree in new technologies, computer science, statistics, mathematics or any other digital or quantitative course
- Comfortable analyzing data to drive product decisions
- Ability to structure complex problems, challenge assumptions and reason rigorously
- User-centric problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory); French ideally
- Minimal technical background in HTML, CSS and JS
- Proficient with Mixpanel, Figma, Google Suite and Claude
- Obsession with product quality
