Key responsibilities & impact

Onboard and take strategic publishers live, moving them from signed agreement to first impression to full-scale rollout
Own flagship publisher integrations end to end, from technical scoping through production launch and post-launch monetization tuning
Diagnose and resolve mediation/bidding misconfiguration, low fill, latency, and rendering failures
Architect placement, format, and bidding strategies to raise eCPM/ARPDAU and sustain performance as publisher traffic scales
Establish integration patterns, sample apps, and QA checklists as team standards
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to translate publisher needs into technical solutions
Feed integration friction back into the SDK roadmap to solve recurring problems at the source

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert-level proficiency in a production language such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience designing scalable, distributed systems that handle high-volume traffic
Understanding of database design and optimization across SQL and NoSQL
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring/observability tooling
Ability to debug production issues and optimize system performance
Strong ownership and technical judgment
Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Resilience and a bias for action
Ability to break large problems into incremental, shippable deliverables
