About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively monitor stock in full-price stores, shop-in-shops, outlet stores, and external warehouses
- Create stock discrepancy reports for all stocking points
- Analyze, register, solve, and follow up on stock differences in consultation with departments and the stock control team
- Assist Finance with ad hoc questions regarding stock movements
- Identify system errors with the IT department
- Analyze and manage internal movements within ERP and POS systems
- Perform analyses and reports to support inventory processes
- Perform monthly inventory internal controls
- Assist during yearly financial and stock audits
- Set up and follow up on inventory management procedures
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Support training and communication with stores
- Plan, coordinate, and support yearly stock counts in Karl Lagerfeld stores
- Provide stock reports and inventory analysis to departments and management
- Report inventory-related issues across Operations, Retail, Finance, and IT
- Act as key point of contact for inventory topics and guide stakeholders
- Support global-related projects and processes
- Travel up to 5–10% within Europe as requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- At least 3–5 years relevant working experience in an Operations/Logistics environment
- Experience with ERP systems (M3), POS systems (preferably CEGID), applications, and reporting tools
- Experience in stock management, store retail operations, and/or warehouse management
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, SQL)
- Process-oriented and proactive attitude
- Self-organized, analytical mindset, ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Improvement-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to perform and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate openly, clearly, and constructively
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
