About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct thorough fire risk assessments for commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
- Identify potential fire hazards and evaluate the effectiveness of existing fire safety measures.
- Prepare detailed risk assessment reports with clear recommendations for improvements and mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients and property managers to discuss findings and assist in implementing fire safety measures.
- Keep up-to-date with current fire safety legislation and maintain professional development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant qualification in fire safety or a similar field.
- Proven experience in fire risk assessment or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prepared and happy to work alone/remote working.
- Full driver’s license
- DBS Enhanced Check required (handled by Karntek).
- Experience in working within regulated environments preferred.
