About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver course content using the teaching materials already provided internally
- Provide expert, practice-oriented instruction
- Take on teaching assignments in the short and medium term
- Support and assist participants
- Conduct live classes Monday to Thursday, 8:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
- Support independent learning Monday to Thursday, 1:00–4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; attendance during these hours is not required
- Participate in the three initially planned pilot sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable qualifications in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources management, or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in digital recruiting and the use of modern recruiting methods and tools
- Experience in active sourcing, digital candidate outreach, and working with applicant tracking systems
- Willingness to work with the internally provided teaching materials and deliver them in a practical, engaging manner
- Practical experience in adult education
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and strong teaching skills
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical proficiency
- Independent working style and flexibility
- Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms
- German language skills (minimum C1 level)
