About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage end-to-end Workday Scheduling implementations
- Configure and implement Workday Scheduling functionality based on business requirements
- Gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into effective solutions
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
- Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
- Provide guidance on Workday Scheduling best practices and implementation methodologies
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and implementation timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must hold an active Workday Scheduling certification
- Must have led at least three Workday Scheduling implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Scheduling configuration and implementation
- Proven ability to lead implementation activities independently
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment
