About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Workday Reporting & Analytics consulting engagements
- Design and develop Workday Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports
- Build and maintain Calculated Fields, dashboards, KPIs and executive-level reporting
- Perform Workday Prism Analytics data integration, transformation, modelling and analytics
- Apply Workday Business Objects, Data Sources and Security Domains
- Troubleshoot reporting defects, data-quality issues, performance problems and security/access gaps
- Establish and follow data governance and reporting standards
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday reporting solutions
- Work directly with HR, Finance, IT, Operations and senior business stakeholders
- Serve as a techno-functional consultant combining technical/reporting and business-facing/functional work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years overall experience, including 5+ years hands-on Workday Reporting & Analytics
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting & Analytics
- Strong experience with Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports and Composite Reports
- Strong hands-on experience with Calculated Fields
- Workday Prism Analytics experience in data integration, transformation, modelling, and analytics
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Objects, Data Sources and Security Domains
- Experience building dashboards, KPIs and executive-level reporting
- Hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Experience troubleshooting reporting defects, data-quality issues, performance problems, and security/access gaps
- Experience with data governance and reporting standards
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday reporting solutions
- Strong stakeholder-facing and communication skills
- Fluent professional English is required
- Workday Financials and/or PSA experience highly preferred
- Workday Reporting, Prism, HCM or Financials certifications preferred
- Approximately 70% technical/reporting and 30% business-facing/functional profile
- This is not a pure HCM functional role
