About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a quality champion, ensuring that deliverables meet defined criteria and business needs.
- Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Perform comprehensive validations involving front-end, back-end, integrations, and data consistency.
- Develop and maintain test automation for Android and iOS mobile applications using Appium.
- Support Go/No-Go decisions based on risks, evidence, and quality metrics.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring their prioritization and resolution.
- Collaborate with development, product, and stakeholder teams to enhance solution quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and practices.
- Submit status reports to provide visibility into quality deliverables, impacts, and risks.
- Promote a culture of quality and testing best practices throughout the organization.
- Ensure the excellence of development teams’ deliverables by validating applications and ensuring reliability, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
- Provide management with visibility into QA activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to challenge scenarios, business rules, and risks.

- Solid experience testing mobile (Android and iOS), web, and API applications.
- In-depth knowledge of validating business rules, integrations, and data.
- Experience with mobile test automation using Appium.
- Knowledge of SQL for queries and data validation.
- Experience with regression testing and end-to-end scenarios.
- Strong command of QA best practices, including requirements analysis, test design, and defect management.
- English proficiency for communication in a global environment.
- Experience with API test automation using Rest Assured.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, and QTest.
- Previous experience in agile and highly complex environments.
