About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with multidisciplinary agile teams to continuously deliver value to customers.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team.
  • Manage the backlog and define product priorities and roadmap.
  • Engage with stakeholders across different areas, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout delivery.
  • Participate in the maintenance and evolution of existing applications, while supporting the creation of new solutions.
  • Make data- and metrics-driven decisions focused on sustainable results.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner.
  • Experience in the financial sector, preferably with banking products and processes.
  • Experience in Trade Finance & Services, including imports and exports, collections, and guarantees.
  • Knowledge of banking products such as credit, investments, and insurance.
  • Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and product roadmaps.
  • Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and product metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate English or Spanish.
  • Preferred: knowledge of BPM and process orchestration, particularly Camunda.
  • Preferred: familiarity with APIs and integrations.
  • Preferred: knowledge of SWIFT and foreign exchange regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen).
  • Preferred: experience with UX, Design Systems, and prototyping.
  • Preferred: experience in digital transformation programs or platform modernization.
