About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the software development process with a focus on quality, supporting the development team in building reliable software.
  • Promote quality across the entire team through methodologies and processes.
  • Perform testing based on the priority and criticality of fixes and enhancements in the backlog.
  • Proactively identify and document issues, bugs, and potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers in a cooperative environment to facilitate issue identification and resolution.
  • Execute tests and manage tools such as Jira.
  • Join the Software Quality team, ensuring excellence, quality, and reliability in the products developed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Solid knowledge of planning, designing, and executing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as Jira and Octane.
  • Knowledge of API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Knowledge of defect management and testing using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SQL databases for data validation.
  • Knowledge of version control using Git.
  • Experience defining testing strategies and test plans.
  • Ability to participate in requirements analysis and proactively identify quality risks.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Preferred: experience with Foreign Trade (Comex) products, including foreign exchange, trade finance, and international business operations.
  • Preferred: experience with test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
  • Preferred: knowledge of processes and regulations related to financial markets and international operations.
  • Preferred: experience validating integrations between systems, APIs, and services supporting Foreign Trade (Comex).
