About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Grocery, Specialty, Distributors, and E-commerce channels
- Develop and implement commercial initiatives to drive sell-out, execution, and product mix
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, market share, and profitability
- Manage customers nationwide, leveraging influence and strategic planning
- Lead, support, and influence Trade Marketing strategies and JBP agendas
- Ensure the efficient use of investments, fulfillment of agreed-upon deliverables, ROI, and growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Availability to work four days on-site and one day remotely at the São Paulo (Vila Hamburguesa) or Indaiatuba, São Paulo, facility
- Experience in Trade Marketing
- Experience in people management
- Ownership mindset and strong business acumen
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Scanntech and Neogrid
- Experience in the pet care channel is a plus
