About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design and development of new products
- Provide technical support for the existing product range
- Contribute to product design activities for Global Technology projects across Kelvion’s product portfolio
- Support thermodynamic analysis and technical evaluation of heat exchanger designs
- Generate engineering data and support its integration into global product selection tools
- Support testing activities within the FAR laboratory, including carrying out tests and preparing technical reports
- Contribute to prototype development and support product improvements during initial manufacturing stages
- Support engineering changes across multiple sites and global product transfers
- Collaborate with global Technology teams and functions including PLM, NPI, GSE, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, HSE, and Quality
- Manage assigned workstreams and deliver tasks in line with project timelines
- Represent Kelvion Technology during collaborative customer projects and customer site visits
- Work with a strong focus on safety throughout engineering and development activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in product development, thermodynamics, and heat exchanger technology
- Knowledge of heat exchangers and fluid dynamics would be an advantage
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to work effectively within virtual, international teams and across a global matrix organization
- Comfortable collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultures and professional backgrounds
- Structured approach to managing own workstreams and meeting project timelines
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel when required
- Motivation to learn, develop, and grow within an international engineering environment
