  • Troubleshoot moderate to complex quality and machine issues
  • Follow safety procedures and process documents
  • Work to meet daily departmental production goals
  • Communicate safety, quality, and product issues with supervisors, team members, and across shifts
  • Run orders by due date and escalate recurring problems and major decisions to the supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have High School diploma or GED
  • 2 year technical degree preferred
  • Commitment to working safely and understanding all safety procedures
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Ability to work approximately eight or twelve hours with scheduled break periods
  • Ability to stand, walk intermittently, reach, sit, bend, and lift product weighing no more than 33 pounds
  • Fine motor skills to operate machinery and handle tools safely
  • Visual acuity for reading gauges, inspecting products, and ensuring quality standards
  • Physical stamina and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow process documents, inspection standards, routings, and specifications
  • Ability to inspect and modify tooling as required
  • Knowledge of insert styles and production processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot moderate to complex quality and machine issues
