About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set up and operate multiple machines producing quality products to blueprint specifications
  • Use HMI systems to adjust machine programs or settings

  • Run orders by due date and meet daily departmental production goals
  • Follow process documents and ensure products meet routings, specifications, quantity, and style requirements
  • Communicate safety, quality, and product issues with supervisors, team members, and across shifts
  • Inspect and modify tooling as required, coordinating with technical experts when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 year technical degree preferred
  • Availability for 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7am
  • Commitment to working safely and understanding all safety procedures
  • Ability to follow process documents, routings, specifications, work instructions, and inspection standards
  • Ability to operate multiple machines and use computer-controlled HMI setups
  • Ability to inspect product dimensions, visual characteristics, and defects using gauges and inspection tools
  • Ability to lift product weighing no more than 33 pounds
  • Ability to use PPE, including safety glasses with side-shields, safety shoes, gloves, and cut-resistant gloves when necessary
  • Physical stamina, visual acuity, fine motor skills, and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
