About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage the quality of main products and maintain effective operation of the quality system
- Lead resolution and improvement of quality problems for related products
- Assist the quality manager in implementing the quality strategy
- Research and plan product control schemes and control the entire production process to ensure final products meet drawing requirements
- Handle external customer complaints and achieve corresponding quality objectives
- Form multifunctional teams to improve specific customer complaints
- Use statistical data and effective methods to improve process capability and quality problems
- Lead improvement of major quality problems to achieve quality objectives
- Maintain quality system operation and propose reasonable improvement plans
- Monitor engineering changes and supervise departments' compliance with process requirements
- Manage introduction processes for new products, equipment, and technology using APQP and PPAP
- Research testing technologies and improve testing accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the technical center and competence team on advanced testing technology
- Provide training to the team and assist others in developing quality skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in metal material or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing industry
- Fluent in English and good at communication
- Familiar with quality tools and able to use relevant quality analysis software
- ISO 9001 Internal auditor certificate
