About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy, support, and execute global or regional projects linked to brand strategies
- Deliver technical expertise and R&D support throughout project execution
- Support technical end-to-end R&D functions and technical problem-solving
- Execute innovation pipeline activities
- Support consumer-centric product science visualization with translational science colleagues

- Track emerging technologies and evaluate applications for brands and products
- Coordinate daily interactions with global R&D hubs and external development partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy
- 2+ years of related experience in formulated products and cosmetics
- Solid technical foundation in formulated and engineered products, including tablets, emulsions, surfactants, suspensions, and structured liquids
- Understanding of material chemistry and process equipment
- Proficiency in process development and process scale-up
- Demonstrated experience working with manufacturing and technical project management
- Fluent written and oral English communication skills
- French posting specifies Bac+3 or equivalent in sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or related discipline
- French posting specifies a minimum of 2 years’ experience in formulated product development, ideally in cosmetics or dermocosmetics
