About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead intercompany transactions, ICP activities, and PII processes
  • Prepare, review, and analyze inventory, costing, AGP, RRD, and Principal-related financial reports
  • Lead assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
  • Perform complex analysis of intercompany margins, inventory valuation, and supply chain financial impacts
  • Analyze currency impacts and related reporting requirements
  • Coordinate forecasts, budgets, and financial estimates, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Execute and review reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data within SAP and reporting systems
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Tax, Compliance, Treasury, Controllership, Intercompany, and Commercial Finance teams
  • Lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts
  • Support internal and external audit requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, governance, and internal controls
  • Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and business initiatives, providing technical guidance as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required in an area related to Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management
  • Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Experience in financial analysis, intercompany pricing, costing, inventory accounting, profit elimination, or supply chain finance
  • Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to collect, reconcile, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data
  • Experience working independently with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and identifying process improvements
  • Experience with SAP / Microsoft Office / Business Intelligence (BI) Tools; OneStream is a plus
  • Experience as Finance or related business partner, with ownership of complex deliverables
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Compliance, internal controls, audit, or financial governance experience
