About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and enhance enterprise Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Chromatographic Data Systems such as Waters Empower
- Partner with business stakeholders, laboratory teams, and global technology teams to deliver scalable and compliant laboratory solutions
- Collaborate with laboratory, quality, R&D, and business stakeholders to understand operational needs and business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Act as a trusted partner between business, Technology, and Quality teams
- Configure, enhance, and support LIMS applications
- Implement laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle processes, and data management requirements
- Support upgrades, testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Hands-on LIMS experience
- Experience working with laboratory, quality, or R&D stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with willingness to support global initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams
- Preferred: Experience with Waters Empower CDS
- Preferred: Experience with Siemens Opcenter
- Preferred: Knowledge of laboratory system integrations and data flows
- Preferred: Experience in Consumer Health, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or FMCG industries
- Preferred: Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and regulated laboratory environments
