About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute winning customer strategies for Iceland and High Street Discounter accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Lead commercial negotiations across annual agreements, pricing, promotions, and business plans
  • Deliver Joint Business Plans that create value for both Kepak and its customers
  • Achieve sales, revenue, profit, market share, and distribution targets
  • Own customer P&L performance and maximise return on trade investment
  • Lead forecasting and demand planning activities to ensure excellent service levels
  • Use category, shopper and market insights to identify new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product launches, promotions and seasonal programmes
  • Drive innovation, range reviews and distribution opportunities that strengthen customer performance
  • Ensure effective commercial governance across pricing, contracts, promotions and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline, equivalent professional qualification, or demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • 3+ years experience managing national retail accounts within FMCG
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing customer P&Ls
  • Experience developing and implementing Joint Business Plans
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical capability with strong forecasting and planning skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications
