About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter service invoices, credit invoices, and sales orders into the system
Check that documents follow the law and company rules
Transfer data from the warehouse system to the accounting system
Help fix differences between warehouse and accounting data
Handle supplier invoices and bank statements
Make payments and settle accounts and refunds with suppliers
Participate in month-end closing
Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and on time
Collaborate with Commerce, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams
Assist during audits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education in accounting, finance or a similar field, or currently studying
Understanding of the basics of accounting
Some hands-on experience with accounting programs
Proficiency in MS Excel
Comfortable working with a lot of data
Good communication with colleagues from other teams
Detail-oriented
Positive, friendly, communicative, and collaborative individual
