About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute strategic projects to enhance Salesforce and nCino platform capabilities
  • Work with line-of-business and technology colleagues to elicit, capture, and translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Schedule and lead requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional partners and external vendors
  • Lead discovery and deep-dive sessions to document current state, pain points, and improvement opportunities
  • Document current and future state processes using process flow diagrams and other process design tools
  • Lead brainstorming, design, and solution meetings with business users and technology teams
  • Represent end users to ensure system functionality and solutions meet business needs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on development projects from inception through design and implementation
  • Capture and expand user stories and convey detailed requirements to the development team
  • Write acceptance criteria and test scripts throughout development and release management
  • Analyze and research system dependencies to reduce system and process issues
  • Coordinate, execute, and obtain sign-off for testing with teams and end users
  • Assist with change management activities and documentation
  • Assist with prioritizing project backlogs and influencing the broader system/product backlog
  • Partner with product owners to communicate project details and progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with or knowledge of multiple types of lending preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial lending support in one or more areas of the loan lifecycle
  • 1–2 years of experience using Salesforce/nCino or another digital loan origination application
  • Project management experience or experience leading teams and/or projects
  • Knowledge of system testing concepts
  • Ability to plan, multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently with limited direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with commercial lending processes
  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Base salary range of $71,000.00–$125,000.00 annually
  • Eligibility for incentive compensation, which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives
