About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support card program inquiries from clients, internal teams, and vendor partners
  • Perform accurate account maintenance within service-level agreements
  • Assist with simultaneous product integration projects, including client training
  • Resolve client escalations, determine root causes, and report issues to the manager
  • Provide process improvement guidance to leadership
  • Facilitate website portal training and customization
  • Safely handle and secure sensitive client data
  • Conduct client, internal partner, and vendor conversations to provide best-in-class service
  • Perform transaction research and support complex integration efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum five years in financial services, banking, or fintech
  • Minimum two years in commercial card, with commercial card platform or product experience
  • Minimum one year of relationship or client management experience, or similar
  • Minimum two years of customer service or customer-facing experience
  • Knowledge of process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Product management or product support experience
  • Vendor relationship and performance management preferred
  • Issuer processing systems experience (TSYS, Fiserv, DXC) preferred
  • Financial services and fintech operations knowledge
  • API, ERP, and CRM systems knowledge preferred
  • File transmission and file feed management experience preferred
  • Client escalation management
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Organizational, prioritization, and time management
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Influence and change management
  • Microsoft Office and PC application proficiency
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
