About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source, manipulate, prepare, and validate data for production reports and analytical datasets
Use queries and data mining to produce complex reports and descriptive analysis
Engineer data into business intelligence solutions, process improvements, automations, and reports
Provide analysis and reports that translate data into business intelligence insights
Collaborate with and lead conversations with business and technology partners to identify analytic and business needs
Automate and standardize production reports
Suggest process improvements
Communicate key points to stakeholders with appropriate detail
Review junior staff work and provide input, direction, and mentorship
Assess impacts and intersections across business partners and lines of business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or another related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in one of these fields with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate/advanced query writing/coding, including complex joins; Python or SQL preferred
Intermediate/advanced data visualization
Analytical programming languages
Report and process automation
Knowledge of process flow
Knowledge of project management
Knowledge of Google Cloud technologies and tools
Knowledge of navigating data warehouses and/or data supply chains
Experience utilizing Generative AI and agentic technologies to automate reporting, accelerate analytics, improve data discovery, generate business insights, and optimize operational workflows while maintaining data governance and regulatory compliance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Presentation development and delivery skills
Relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Understanding of assigned line-of-business strategy, industry, competition, financial results, and business impact
