About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source, prepare, validate, and analyze data for Corporate Information Security, Physical Security, Fraud, and other ESS stakeholders
Independently deliver moderate to complex analyses and reports using large datasets and tools such as Python, SQL, Google Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, and similar platforms
Translate data into business intelligence insights, reports, and analysis that answer business questions and support decision-making
Identify, anticipate, and clarify business needs and determine how to obtain the right information
Automate, standardize, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
Communicate key points to stakeholders with the appropriate level of detail
Document solutions and create procedures supporting testing, validation, and production continuity
Review junior staff work and provide input, direction, and mentorship
Partner with technology and business teams to develop business intelligence solutions, process improvements, automations, and reports
Lead stakeholder conversations and deliver solutions considering impacts across teams and lines of business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or its equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or another related field
6 years of relevant experience preferred
Working knowledge of Python or similar programming languages
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools
Advanced SQL skills
Experience implementing process automation
Ability to access, interpret, and validate data from enterprise data sources
Ability to work independently and own output end-to-end
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Experience reviewing work, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to a collaborative team environment
Proven relationship-building ability
Ability to collaborate with and lead conversations with business and technology partners to identify analytic/business needs and gather requirements
Preferred experience with Information Security, Authentication and Identity Verification, Identity and Access Management, Fraud, or Physical Security
Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3+ days in the office
