About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, validate, analyze, and submit assigned FR Y-14M/Q regulatory reports to the Federal Reserve
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned regulatory reports, schedules, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory submissions
- Perform manual adjustments, validation checks, and edit checks
- Execute regulatory reporting controls and governance activities
- Identify, assess, and escalate reporting risks, process gaps, control deficiencies, and data quality concerns
- Maintain documentation, evidence retention, and control execution in accordance with internal policies and regulatory expectations
- Analyze large data sets and investigate variances, trends, and anomalies
- Develop and enhance reporting metrics, monitoring routines, and analytical procedures
- Support regulatory reporting changes, transformation, data modernization, process optimization, and issue remediation
- Partner with Risk, Finance, Governance, Treasury, Data Management, Technology, and business stakeholders
- Develop cross-functional expertise to strengthen business continuity, organizational resilience, and reporting governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, accounting, risk management, or related discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with Federal Reserve regulatory reporting, including FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, Call Reports, FFIEC, or other banking regulatory reports
- Knowledge of data governance, risk management, and reporting control frameworks
- Experience with SQL, SAS, Axiom, Power BI, or similar data analysis and reporting tools
Benefits
Comp & perks- Base salary range of $69,000.00–$105,000.00 annually
- Eligibility for incentive compensation, which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives
