About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with clients to understand ERP systems and integration needs
- Design and implement solutions integrating client systems with the bank’s payment and information reporting services
- Serve as technical advisor and payment-solutions expert for strategic clients and partners
- Apply product, technology, and business knowledge to build scalable solutions
- Lead technical collaboration and requirement analysis for payment and information product integrations
- Identify system architecture components and assist clients in building solutions
- Design functional specifications and obtain stakeholder agreement while complying with standards
- Address complex client issues and develop new solutions
- Manage integration projects from inception to completion, including timelines, deliverables, resources, milestones, and progress
- Provide project-status updates and communicate potential issues to clients and internal stakeholders
- Serve as primary client point of contact throughout integration
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT, security, product development, business, product, engineering, Sales, Operations, client teams, and external vendors
- Provide customer feedback to enhance payment products
- Create documentation, tools, concepts, and processes
- Stay current on industry trends and the evolving payments ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- Experience with file transfer integration methods, including batch processing and file transfer
- Experience with ISO (XML), EDI (CSV), and/or structured plain text formats such as BAI and NACHA preferred
- Proficiency in APIs, SFTP, and other integration technologies preferred
- Proven experience managing complex integration projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
