About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform regression testing of core pension functionality, including underlying calculations, across customers and products.
- Investigate deviations and test results, analyze underlying data and calculations, and provide insights to identify root causes and resolve issues.
- Test new features and functionality against functional requirements and expected business outcomes.
- Provide pension calculations and testing.
- Identify opportunities to improve the product and testing processes.
- Contribute to test automation and the use of AI in testing.
- Participate in the ongoing test improvement program and strengthen quality assurance.
- Support smooth delivery and verification of pension software releases.
- Work with Product Development teams, project teams, and customers in a mixed Dutch, Danish, and Indian team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educational background in math, IT or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing or data analysis.
- Experience with or knowledge of the pension industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience with SQL or comfort working with databases and data analysis.
- Interest in AI or hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Hands-on mindset, ownership, and comfort driving tasks and issues forward.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with customers.
- Confident communication in both Danish and English.
- Ability to follow information security training and basic information security responsibilities.
