About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Diagnose and resolve locker hardware and software issues, including faults, connectivity, and access errors, escalated by customer service
  • Coordinate on-site technicians in each city, dispatching them for physical fixes and following issues through resolution
  • Provide technical support to the customer service team and help qualify client-reported issues
  • Act as the technical point of contact between customer service and the tech team
  • Translate client-reported issues into clear technical details and relay fixes and updates
  • Maintain records of issues, technician visits, and resolutions in support/CRM tools
  • Identify recurring technical problems and provide feedback to Product/Ops
  • Build deep product and hardware knowledge as the internal locker expert for Spain
  • Occasionally support onboarding for new clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent/native-level Spanish and excellent English
  • Fully remote; can be based anywhere, provided you work CET business hours (11AM CET to 8PM CET)
  • Good working conditions, including Wi-Fi and electricity backups when needed
  • Strong technical background in technical support, IT helpdesk, hardware troubleshooting, or field service
  • Ability to diagnose hardware, connectivity, and software issues methodically
  • Experience or confidence coordinating external technicians and vendors through resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple open issues and technicians across different cities
  • Strong support mindset and ability to explain technical issues simply to non-technical colleagues
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with customer service and the tech team
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely
  • Nice to have: experience with smart lockers, IoT, or access-control hardware
  • Nice to have: experience coordinating or managing field technicians or installers
  • Nice to have: previous client onboarding or customer success experience
