About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead business discovery workshops with executives and operational teams to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and AI opportunities
- Analyze and redesign business processes, decision flows, and operating models
- Build and prioritize AI use-case portfolios based on feasibility, business value, risk, and adoption readiness
- Define business cases, KPIs, expected benefits, and measurable success criteria
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, process designs, and adoption roadmaps for technical teams
- Guide stakeholders throughout implementation, monitoring adoption and validating business outcomes
- Collaborate with business leaders, AI Engineers, Architects, and delivery teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable AI initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of professional experience with deep expertise in a defined industry or business function
- Strong background in business consulting, digital transformation, operational improvement, or business strategy
- Proven experience leading business discovery, process redesign, and stakeholder workshops
- Experience identifying, prioritizing, and translating business opportunities into measurable transformation initiatives
- Strong executive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Practical understanding of GenAI, AI agents, RAG, automation, and enterprise AI applications
- Business process mapping, operating-model design, and requirements gathering
- AI use-case identification, prioritization frameworks, and business value assessment
- KPI definition, business case development, and value measurement
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps for technical and delivery teams
- Experience with AI operating models, Human in Command principles, or AI governance is nice to have
- Knowledge of value realization, financial modeling, or benefits management is nice to have
- Experience in regulated or operationally complex industries is nice to have
- Experience supporting pre-sales discovery, executive advisory, or consulting engagements is nice to have
