About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and grow the Data & AI practice in LATAM
- Act as technical and consultative reference for Data & AI with clients
- Identify Data & AI opportunities and turn client needs into initiatives, solutions, and projects
- Work with sales and pre-sales teams to develop value propositions, define solutions, estimate projects, and participate in client presentations
- Design and recommend modern data architectures using AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and related technologies
- Lead discovery conversations and assess client data ecosystems and transformation opportunities
- Translate business needs into viable, scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales, design, and project kickoff phases
- Develop Data & AI offerings, capabilities, accelerators, and solutions
- Collaborate with practices and business lines on cross-selling and integrated client solutions
- Mentor consultants, architects, and Data & AI specialists
- Participate in talent evaluation and team building
- Represent Keyrus in strategic client conversations, events, webinars, and positioning initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- 10+ years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or related disciplines
- Career progression from technical roles into architecture, technical leadership, consulting, or practice management ideally
- Strong background in technology consulting or professional services firms
- Strong technical background in modern data architectures, Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, and Analytics ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Experience participating in pre-sales processes, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, estimation, proposal development, and client presentations
- Ability to translate complex business and technology challenges into concrete Data & AI solutions, architectures, and projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage technical, business, and executive leaders
- Up-to-date knowledge of Modern Data Stack, Cloud, Data Governance, Generative AI, and emerging Data & AI architectures and solutions
- Advanced English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in international, multicultural environments with distributed teams
- Graduate studies or relevant Cloud/Data certifications are a plus
- Experience leading technical teams and developing internal capabilities is a nice-to-have
- Strong commercial vision and results orientation is a nice-to-have
