About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and enhance data governance frameworks
- Configure and administer Informatica IDMC solutions, including Data Quality, Data Catalog, and Metadata Management
- Define and implement data quality rules, monitoring metrics, and related dashboards
- Develop automated controls and remediation workflows using SQL, Python, and governance tools
- Contribute to the industrialization of Data Governance processes through CI/CD and automation practices
- Leverage agentic AI solutions to accelerate quality control and automate governance tasks
- Participate in scoping workshops with Data, IT, Security, and business teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 to 6 years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality
- Significant experience implementing data governance solutions, ideally with Informatica IDMC
- Strong understanding of data quality, cataloging, lineage, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of industrialization and automation practices (CI/CD, Git, Python)
- Curiosity and a strong interest in Python-based generative AI and agentic AI solutions
- SQL, Python, Informatica IDMC (Data Quality, Data Catalog, Metadata Management), Data Governance, Data Lineage, basic knowledge of CI/CD, Git, APIs, and automation
- Knowledge of other governance solutions (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or equivalent) is a plus
- Ability to work in project or task force environments
- Methodological rigor and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and processes
- Strong communication skills and a keen interest in AI technologies and innovation
- Experience supporting business teams and mentoring junior professionals is a plus
