About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work at the heart of client challenges to deploy artificial intelligence in an operational and measurable way
- Bring together the client’s and Keyrus’s technical and business teams
- Become a trusted point of contact for decision-makers throughout the engagement
- Continuously adapt delivery through listening, adaptability, execution, and agility
- Deliver and implement initial work with maximum autonomy
- Plan for sustainable implementation of deliverables with the Foundations Architect and technical teams
- Design and implement measurement mechanisms for ROI and value creation, including inference costs
- Identify, qualify, and secure access to the data required for use cases, in collaboration with the Data Engineer
- Leverage the Business Value Advisor for in-depth business and industry expertise
- Abstract functional solutions into reusable patterns to enhance the platform and support future engagements
- Produce, document, and hand over engagement deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience working in a demanding client environment, with direct exposure to decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to transform a complex use case or process into a delivered and measured outcome
- Proven experience deploying AI in production, or delivering technically complex solutions with significant business impact and a high degree of uncertainty
- Natural ease in client-facing roles and the ability to remain comfortable under pressure
- Curiosity about the client’s business and the ability to understand its challenges before proposing a solution
- Ability to move forward without complete specifications, make quick decisions, and adapt continuously
- Autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Product mindset and ability to identify reusable elements for future engagements
- Ability to produce, document, and hand over deliverables
- End-to-end understanding of an AI value chain, from data through to a deployed agent
- Ability to abstract a client solution into a reusable pattern or product component
- Comparative knowledge of leading models and providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, and Google Gemini
- Ability to engage technically with architects and AI engineers and translate challenges for business and client stakeholders
- Proficiency in measuring value and ROI, including inference costs (AI FinOps)
- Fluent professional English, both written and spoken, is essential
